Troy has been around the sport of cricket since the age of 10. Started out as a jnr player working his way through the ranks quite quickly into snr cricket where he gained invaluable knowledge from his snr role models playing his first First grade game at the age of 13. He went on to play representative cricket which then lead into cricket coaching roles. Troy coached jnr grades for his childhood cricket club before taking on The  coordinator’s position for his local association. Troys growth progressed in both coaching and administrative roles working his way through Mid North Coast and North Coast Zone where he now holds the title of Regional Director of coaching for the NCZ and Head Academy Coach for both male and female cricket covering the same zone working with U/12’s -U/18’s. Troy is also The NSW Cyclones U/17’s   & U/15’s female coach where his 17’s side came runners up at The National Titles. Troy has worked for sport & Rec as a team coach and specialist coach for cricket clinics. Troy has proven to be a very successful coach celebrating many victories with his teams and has coached many successful individual players, with some making selection into state and even national sides. He maintains a great repour with all he coaches and enjoys seeing his players succeed. As a coach Troy is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and has the ability to motivate both teams and individual athletes achieve there best.



Callan has been involved in cricket since a very young age. During this time he has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the game, from playing, umpiring, coaching, fundraising & curating turf wickets & playing fields.Callan currently plays for Fairfeild/Liverpool 2nd Grade side and trains in the U/19’s NSW Cricket Academy. Callan enjoys the opportunity to pass on his cricket knowledge to developing cricketers and has been involved in coaching local club & Representative Interdistrict teams along with Mid North Coast teams. After moving to Sydney, he then undertook coaching roles for Sydney Greensheild and work Along side Anthony Clarke( Sydney Sixes WBBL ass coach, U/17’s & 19’s CNSW, Fairfeild/Liverpool Grade Head Coach), as a private coach for his coaching Academy at Triforce Sports. Callan has recently moved back to Kempsey to take on the role as JNR coaching coordinator at Macleay Indoor Sports Cricket Coaching Academy.
